This recipe is cheap, fast, and easy. For those who don’t really like fish, this one actually DOES taste like chicken!

Baked Angel fish, served with salad, red quinoa and baked brinjal mash
Baked Angel fish, served with salad, red quinoa and cheesy brinjal mash

500 gm angel fish pieces

salt and pepper

1 tsp dried mixed herbs

15 ml garlic butter (15 ml butter with a clove of crushed garlic mixed in)

Juice of 1 lemon

Pre heat your oven to 180.

Skin your angel fish, place each piece on some tin foil (aluminium foil) shiny side in. You can use a whole fish, but I prefer the pieces (it’s easier),

Season with salt and pepper and mixed herbs. Sprinkle the lemon juice over and dot each piece with a little garlic butter.

Seal the pieces in their foil and bake for =/_ 20-30 minutes, until fish is done.
