Serves 4 and ready in about 15 minutes.
500 g spaghetti
2 tsp dried oregano (2 tablespoon fresh chopped)
2 tsp dried basil (2 tablespoon fresh chopped)
2 tsp dried chives (2 tablespoon fresh chopped)
2 Tbs olive oil
Parmesan cheese and Tussers cheese to garnish
In a large pot of boiling salted water add your spaghetti and cook until just soft (al dente), Then drain.
Put the drained spaghetti back into the pot and add oil and herbs.
Toss the spaghetti well, coating it with the butter and herbs.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
