3 small avocados
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup cream (I use full cream milk)
3 cups veg or chicken stock or 2 cubes and 3 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
and chopped spring onions for garnish.
Puree avo. Mince the garlic into a paste and add to the avos together with stock and salt. Add cream or milk, mix thoroughly and serve cold. Garnish with spring onions.
