Email boxes and unsubscribing!

Half way through the second month already!
Last week we started on clearing out your email box and unsubscribing. This week we continue with that task.
This week I managed to get my email box of 427 cleared all the way down to 258! I am still trying to work out how to automatically move emails into specific folders, with the email that is attached to the blog. I am doing it manually and it takes time.
![Email boxes and unsubscribing! 1 My inbox is now down to 185, I have yet to unsubscribe from emails though!](http://kasheringyourlife.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Inbox-300x35.png)
You can now also carry on with unsubscribing all the blogs you no longer need to follow because I am here! Just kidding! I think I follow about 20 blogs, in fact I have set up a whole separate email address just for blogs. The reason for this is that a lot of the blogs I follow give me ideas for my own blog! Also, I love all the great food blogs out there!
https://charlieandjo.wordpress.com, this blog is just for fun, they have bought a fixer upper and write about their adventure.
I have been trying to get the Post Office to stop putting mail into my box for a guy who has been dead for the last 15 years and obviously lived in our house before we bought it! I am now down to only 3 letters a month. I have been writing ‘return to sender, person deceased’ on his shares every 4 months or so since we took over his box.
Now it is time to open that document file on your computer, create folders for things you do often and move your documents into the correct folder. It makes looking for stuff much easier. Sometimes I even change the names to more obvious ones just so that I can find what I am looking for next time. Delete what you no longer need.

Now, for the most important part! BACKUP YOUR FILES!!!!!!!! If you don’t know how, it’s simple. I have a memory stick with everything on it which, supposedly, stays on my key ring but, in reality, I keep forgetting it at work and I back up weekly where daily would probably be better. However, I never remember, this is more of the type of advice of, ‘do as I say and not do as I do’.
If you know someone with computer savvy, ask them about cloud storage. That way, no matter what, your documents and photos will never be lost.
