This recipe is suitable for toddlers age 1-2 years old and those who are banting.
It serves 4 people
4 fresh Israeli tomatoes
1 can tomato and onion mix
1 can chopped Italian tomatoes
1 tsp fresh chopped parsely or 1/4 tsp dried
1 tsp fresh chopped basil or 1/4 tsp dried
Blend all the ingredients together
Pour into a pot and heat till just before boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Optional: To make this as a toddler meal or light adult meal add a square of toast with melted cheese on top. I use a slice of French loaf.
