500 gm lean beef mince

3 large baby marrows sliced

8 rosa tomatoes

1 onion diced

2 cloves garlic minced

1 cup water

1/2 cup tomato sauce

125 g mushrooms sliced

1/2 green pepper diced

1 table spoon oil

1 tsp Korma


Fry onion, garlic and korma spice in oil, till soft. Add diced pepper and fry for 2 minutes. Add baby marrows and tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes. Add water and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 more minutes. Lastly add your mince and simmer till brown and the vegetables are tender but not mushy.

Serve with starch of your choice.
