Horseradish- Chrain

Horseradish sauce is great with roasts and on its own or even mixed with mayonnaise. Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients

500g Horseradish root, cleaned and grated

1 cup vinegar

1 tsp salt

2 tbs sugar

1 tbs black pepper

2 beetroots cooked, peeled and grated.

Method

Combine all ingredients into a glass bottle and seal. If there is not enough liquid add more vinegar.
