Chicken and rice soup
Delicious soup for winter!
|5||mL||mild curry powder||If you like spicy then use a strong curry|
|2||litres||chicken stock||use cubes or powder or make your own|
|240||mL||diced carrots||you can use frozen|
|2||chicken breasts diced|
Heat the onion in a pan and fry the onion until soft, Add the curry powder and mix well.
Add the chicken stock, celery, carrots and chicken and bring to the boil, reduc hear and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the mayonnaise and rice. Pour into a wide-mouth flask and seal.
