This recipe came about, because I couldn’t think of anything to make and I got home late from work, then still had to set up for my beading class.
1 can curried mixed vegetables
2 cans condensed soup
Milk or water for mixing (2 cans full)
1 cup uncooked macaroni
In a pot empty the cans of soup and vegetables, fill 2 of the cans with either water or milk and pour into the pot, stir to mix well.
Add the macaroni
Bring the soup and macaroni to boil, stirring constantly so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
Turn down the heat and simmer till the macaroni is al dente.
