Mash potato with onion and garlic
Mash potato with onion and garlic

Feeds 6-8 people

6 medium potatoes boiled and peeled

1/2 onion diced

1-2 cloves garlic minced

3 tablespoons cream cheese

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

Melt butter in a pan and when it is bubbling add onions and garlic fry for 5 min, allowing the butter to brown and the onions to be soft.

In a bowl mash the potato with the milk and cream cheese, once this is creamy and smooth add the butter, onion and garlic and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper.
