Sweet curry fish
Sweet curry fish

Serves 4-6 people

Oil for frying

500 gm firm white fish (like hake)

250 ml milk

250 gm green beans

1 onion sliced

1-2 cloves of garlic

1-2 tsp Masala spice (depends on how spicy you like it)

1/2 tsp Tumeric

1/4 tsp ginger

50 gm tomato paste

salt and pepper to taste

Basmati rice cooked as per instructions


Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic with the Masala spice, tumeric and ginger, until the onion is soft.

Add the milk and the tomato paste and stir. Add the fish and green beans.

Cover and simmer till the fish flakes easily. Season to taste.

Serve over Basmati rice
